December, the month of wrapping up~~

Winter finally come in by the last day of November, which makes it a whole full month of winter. We have less friends & family visit compare to previous month. Yet a meaningful one that his favorite cousin & wife came to visit us in Japan! We had a great weekend Kinosaki Onsen. I am literally looking forward for their next visit!

December as usual, I spend most of my time reflecting the year and thinking of the focus for next year. We had the first family annual meeting and I think operational-wise we could do it better. I think I was too data-reliant, things have to be a little more qualitative for future.
